About Molly

Molly has spent the last two decades leading teams and building products that enable people to unlock human potential using technology.

Most recently, as a member of the executive leadership team at Kiva.org, she led product management, product design, and user research. Prior to Kiva, Molly was VP of Product for Change.org, the world’s largest tech platform devoted to social change, where she led the product, design, growth, program management, and customer support teams to empower millions of people to run campaigns to get the attention of decision makers and drive lasting change in their communities.

With a background in marketplace products across B2C and B2B, she has a passion for human creativity, having previously built products for artists, designers, and photographers to make money from their work and the first e-commerce platform for collectors and sellers of rare and out-of-print books.
